We regret to inform you that Willard John Buchanan, book #415888 passed away
August 27, 2002. Buck was born on May 11, 1927. Brother Buchanan was a
member of the Iron Workers International from 1948 until his honorable
withdrawal in 1990. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday September 3rd at
1:00pm at Avon United Methodist Church, 13743 Avon Allen Road, Mt Vernon,

There will be an informal gathering of the friends and family of Arthur J.
Art Ristow, Jr. on Saturday, September 14, 2002 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at

An OSHA 10 class is scheduled for 8am Saturday September 7th at Tukwila
Training Center. Welding classes at Tukwila start September 3rd. Classes are
scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday 5pm to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.
Welding classes at Bates Technical College start September 4th. Classes are
scheduled for Wednesday 5pm to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.
Be prepared to show Dues Receipt, DFWP card, Social Security Card, OSHA 10,
Riggers and WABO Certifications at time of dispatch as required per project.
The refineries require a yearly renewal on the OSHA 10 cards.
Dix Corp requires a current DFWP card on the Rocky Reach Dam Project.
On September 4th Wednesday, to maintain your name on the out of work list,
you must sign in between 7 & 9am or Fax or Email on a September 3rd. Fax
