We regret to inform you that Marjorie Lamphier passed away on August 22. Marjorie was the wife of Pensioner Ray Lamphier #490074. A private memorial service is planned for the family. Condolences may be sent to the family at: Raymond Lamphier, 1201 Roland Street, Bellingham, WA 98226.

Welding classes at the Tukwila Training Center will begin on September 4th. The class schedule is 4:30pm to 7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. Current dues receipt required.

On Wednesday September 3rd to maintain your name on the out of work list, you must come to the hiring hall and sign-in between 7am and 9am. Sign in will be declared complete at 9am. Sign in by phone is not an option. If you will be unable to come to the hiring hall on Wednesday, you may fax #206.439.1069 or email tabiggins@hotmail.com your request to remain on the out of work list on Tuesday September 2nd. Members that do not sign in will be removed from the out of work list and will be required to contact the local office to have their name placed back on the list.
